The room with the cabinets must be isolated to stop dust and debris from spreading in your home. We focus on keeping the area clean and safe during the job. We set up a plastic wall around the spraying area and cover countertops, cabinet interiors, and floors to protect them. Then, we remove, label, protect, and prepare all cabinet doors and safetly load them for transport to our Professional Spray shop. Before We even start the sanding process we deep clean the cabinets to eliminate harmful contaminates ensuring your professional Cabinetry Painting makeover is not compromised. Sanding is essential for bonding of both the primer and finish coat. At Cabinet King Coatings we simply refuse to offer you a product that looks beautiful on the surface but won’t stand up to the test of time. We thoroughly sand every nook and cranny of your cabinet doors, drawer faces and structure prior to product application and then continue the sanding process between every coat of primer and paint finish. Pre application sanding ensures a good primer bond and post application sanding ensures that each coat of primer and paint gives you a gorgeous glass like finish.
